At Marine Tech Inspection, we are committed to providing accurate, dependable, and professional marine inspection reports based on the information you provide at the time of purchase.

Because our reports are digital products that are processed and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once your order is submitted and processed, the inspection report is considered delivered and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. Please make sure all information — including vessel details, serial numbers, ownership information, and the selected service — is correct before placing your order.

If you did not receive your report within the promised timeframe (usually within 24 hours) or you believe a technical issue occurred, please contact us at:
